Event Safety Training:

We all have been in a crowd at least once in our life. Whether at a football match, a concert or even queuing for a bus, crowds are everywhere. Keeping crowds safe is actually a science. PKS Training Academy teaches entry level crowd safety training. Our comprehensive training program includes legislation, work techniques, communications, emergency procedures, customer services, health & safety and case studies.

Level 2 Spectator Safety:

People love going to sports, concerts and events. When we get crowds things can go deadly wrong. The Level 2 in Spectator Safety is the entry level work based qualification for people who look after crowds. Our course is portfolio based (instead of the standard workbook) and has been created by frontline Crowd Safety staff who have over 40 combined years of frontline and management stewarding roles. Recommended for non-SIA wanting to do Event Safety work.

Level 2 Ausse (Award in Understanding Safety at Spectator Events:

This entry level award is designed to give an understanding of how crowds work, keeping them safe and procedures to follow in an emergency. This course is entirely portfolio based. Its design is based on the Spectator Safety, but does not include the work based assessment. Ideal for anyone who needs and understanding of how to keep people safe, but isn't going to work on the front line.

Level 2 Event Security Operations:

This course is brilliant at reinforcing the SIA Door Supervisor badge, it has additional training on top of the standard Spectator Safety course. However we would recommend do both Level 2 Spectator Safety and ESO course as there is no additional work, and some venues demand Spectator Safety. An excellent course for people working frontline event security.
