Level 2 Spectator Safety:

Keeping crowds safe is paramount to the Sports, Concerts and Events industry. We have all seen when things go seriously wrong, but almost all events can have problems when untrained, ill equiped staff take the lead. PKS Training Academy offers multiple different Crowd Safety courses. But this one is entry level and perfect for those who wish to work with crowds on the front line. The course entails:

• A portfolio including ACT Terrorism Course, Basic First Aid, crowd safety, emergency procedures, case studies of failures, communication skills and conflict management.
• Visits to your workplace and assessing you at work.
• An option to upgrade safeguarding training into a level 2.
• An option to upgrade first aid into a level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work.
• Final tests.
